How We Make a Custom Logo Jewelry Pouch: Inside Our Bursa Workshop

Natural Packing has been making jewelry pouches in Bursa, Turkey since 1995. Bursa has a long history in textiles, and our team of 15+ people handles every step of production in one workshop. Here is what happens between the moment you place a custom logo order and the moment the pouches arrive at your door.

Step 1: You choose the pouch and send your logo

You pick the style, size, color and pack size on our site, then send your logo. If you want to see how it might look first, our logo preview tool places your logo on a pouch in seconds.

Step 2: We prepare a digital proof

Before anything is produced, we send a digital proof showing your logo's size and position on the pouch. Production starts only after you approve it. This is the single most important step for avoiding surprises.

Step 3: Fabric and cutting

We work with vegan suede (Alcantara), satin, linen and cotton. The fabric for your order is cut to size in our workshop, so dimensions stay consistent from the first pouch to the last.

Step 4: Sewing and finishing

Each pouch is sewn by hand in our workshop. Our vegan suede pouches are double-layer and fabric-lined, which gives them structure and protects jewelry from scratches. Drawstrings, ribbons, snaps and envelope flaps are added depending on the style.

Step 5: Logo application

Your logo is applied with the method you chose:

• Engraving for a subtle, tone-on-tone premium look.
• DTF printing for sharp, detailed or multi-color logos.
• Foil stamping for a gold or silver finish (extra fee).

Step 6: Quality check and packing

Every order is checked for stitching, logo placement and color before it is packed. Because we make everything in-house, we can fix a problem at the source instead of passing it on to you.

Step 7: Shipping to you

A 50-piece logo order is usually ready in about one week. Orders to the United States ship with UPS Express and arrive in 3–5 business days, with customs duties included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
