Is there a minimum order?

No. Our products are sold by the pack (10, 25 or 50 pieces depending on the product), and you can also order single samples. There is no factory-size minimum.

Can I order a sample before a bulk order?

Yes. Single sample pouches cost $6 and can be made with our design or with your own logo, so you can check color, size and print quality first.

How is my logo applied?

We offer laser engraving and DTF printing. Laser engraving works on vegan suede; DTF printing works on all our fabrics. Hot foil printing is available for an extra fee.

Will I see my logo before production?

Yes. We send you a digital proof for every custom order and start production only after you approve it.

How long does production take?

Stock items without a logo ship within 2 business days. Custom logo orders are ready within about 1 week after proof approval.

How long does shipping to the United States take?

All US orders ship with UPS Express and are typically delivered within 3-4 business days after dispatch. Every order includes tracking.

Do I pay customs duties or import taxes in the US?

No. US import duties and taxes are included in our prices, so there are no extra charges on delivery.

What materials are your pouches made from?

We work with vegan suede (a soft polyester microfiber, made double-layer with the same fabric inside and out), satin, natural linen, cotton and microfiber. The fabric is listed on every product page.

Which pouch size should I choose?

As a guide: 5x4.5 to 7x7 cm for rings and stud earrings, 8x6 to 9x9 cm for bracelets and small pendants, long 6x22 cm or padded pouches for necklaces, and 8x10 cm or larger for mixed jewelry sets. If you are unsure, order a sample first.

Can I return my order?

Unused stock items without a logo can be refunded within 30 days of delivery, and you keep the product. Items printed with your logo are made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from your approved proof.

Who makes your pouches?

Every pouch is made by our team of 15+ craftspeople at our own workshop in Bursa, Turkey, where we have been making jewelry packaging for more than 20 years.
